Hij ack This is more of a reporting tool than a spam removal tool. It shows all registry keys, installed Browser Add-Ons and extensions etc. You need the knowledge of knowing which extensions to look for, what the registry keys mean and then how to manually remove them. Try geeks2go.com

Its funny how you do a fresh install of m$ and spybot will pick up spyware from the install.. windows defender. I saw that consumer reports ranked it the worst anti-spyware/virus.. imagine that... I remember when hey bought Sunbelt and it was one of the best ones and then m$ fucked it up.
