I just assumed that it was a verbal slip on McCain's part. Its hard to

downright belligerent in the worst cases, dropping to personal attacks
etc.
The moderator in these presidential debates have absolutely no power
to control the debates. Or if they do, none of the moderators has
wanted to utilise that
We have better debates everyday on this forum. Why can't the debate
commission get out of the 20th century format?
