Locating Bug Fixes

Can someone tell me how to get the status and fix (if one is available) for an "official" bug in Allaire's system. The bug is CF 4.5.1 bug #17039. I have searched their website but I cannot find any info on this bug. It was reported six months ago so I assume there is a fix by now. Thanks. John
