OT: Database Oddity with MySQL

In my webapp, I am using MySQL. Because I use foreign keys and transactions, I found that I have to set the table type for tables using those to 'InnoDB'. To get to the point, I find it very odd that it says for each InnoDB table InnoDB free: 13312 kB; . Yet that is only 13 mb , and I have 600 mb

Like many others, I enjoy HostMySite... I have never had a more dedicated host, and pricing is good. They support MySql as Well as MSSQL, I believe on the same plan. I am in DC2, and I can tell you that despite what you've heard from DC1, DC2's uptime is almost 100%. But then again, everyone likes

This is really odd, but I called HMS at 10 last night, when the call volume had cooled down, and supposedly, The 2 DCs, are on a network, and have redundancy, and disparate access points. Supposedly they never thought a main terminal could be hit that easily. I am interested in what they are doing

What I find hard to understand is how all cables were cut at the same time. From what I have heard for HMS support, supposedly DC2 is more modern, has redundancy, and disparate access points, and the lot, but DC1 doesn't have that stuff since it was an older Building, As a customer in DC2, My mail
