Actually, I believe the USER and GDI resources limitation is only on Win 9x platforms. Windows NT and Win 2k of any flavor are not limited by this. I received that error on many occasions while running win2k pro with nothing but studio open. My reaction was 4.5.1 is still quite buggy...
