no luck on that front either as we host a number of top level serices so the
main uni cert would have to cover us. Trying to organise that.. well and end to
poverty just might be easier to arrange !

I think I have misunderstood what I am trying to do. In Adobes docs I am having
trouble deciding between doing another "standalone" instalation and multiserver.
It appears that I can also run the standalone and it will also install a fresh
copy of JRun with 1.6.x jre..

Here is a little more information..
The server already has CFMX6.1 installed on it in a directory c:\CFusionMX\
CF8 Installer creates a c:\JRun4 directory and proceeds with the installation
in this directory...

permissions on the directories, turned off DEP, Installed on an old Win 2000
box and the same problem keeps poping up.. I am try to do the multiserver
