We were recently faced with this same challenge. I wrote a dynamic
JavaScript refresh tag that would refresh the CFmail page every 3 minutes,
and pass on startRow and maxRow parameters in the refresh URL. It has been
generating 7000 emails every Friday for 8 months now.
