Peter,
Try www.hostmysite.com - very cf-oriented
And www.crystaltech.com - kinda cf-oriented.
A lot of the members of this list use one of the two.
There are also a few folks on this list that offer hosting themselves. I'm sure
they'll chime in.

The documentation states that it supports all of the functions and in
the compatibility chart it lists cfobject as supported as well.
However COM and CORBA are not supported.

They offer a similar set up to Linode, but are based in the UK. I also
have an account with them though currently it's only hosting the

Just a small word of warning to stay away from DataPacket.net. I was

and a while later heard (2002) the same story again. This second

Not if you run the free version of Bluedragon. The main features you
don't get with the free version is the ability to deploy servlets/jsps
and JDBC sup
The LINODE thing looks super.. I was looking at something REAL cheap
as it is for my personal stuf i.e. nothing inportant :) or money
earning.
What is the deal with blue dragon and linux? surely you have to pay a
licence even on linode? and how would THAT work?

How come nobody is as good as shanje.com when it comes to cheap CF hosting?
The main thing I hate is someone charging me extra per month for multiple
domains. At shanje I can host as many as I can fit into 100MB of space for
the one $25 per month charge.

You can try Crystaltech.com or webexpose.net . Webexpose has an
unbelievable control panel that allows you do install custom CF, CFX tags
and ActiveX components yourself as well as set up DSNs in real time.
Webexpose uses CF 4.5.1 enterprise. Plans start at $10.95.

Hey Guys,
I've got a request into Adolf this morning for some other web space to setup. I'll
make sure that when I talk to him that he knows you need space as well. I'm also
copying him on this message so that he knows that the community at large is interested
in his services.
