James,
A simple search separated by spaces will be treated as a phrase, not a
keyword search.

I just want a simple search where all the terms that are typed into
the search box are what is used for the search (independant of order)
unless the customer puts in quotation marks. I also want a ranking
of how well it matches the search term.

Subject: Verity issues with MX 7
My company recently
The verity core is different in what was shipped in 7 from the version
shipped in 6.
Verity version in 6.1 was about 4 I tyhink, and in MX7 the verity
version is also 7. This means any collections created by your mx6.1
box wont work on 7 and will need to be recreated in the new verity
format.
I think you need to append _k2 to the collection alias, eg:
[Coll-0]
collPath=f:\cfusionmx\verity\collections\abcb_office\file
collAlias=ABCB_Office_K2
topicSet=
knowledgeBase=
onLine=2
Hope that helps

score (or rank, I can't remember) of your returned result. I bet their
scores are low. If
