He's the guy who has MY sway bar. He's in south
central PA of the PA Tpke (Bedford exit). If you really want to go out
there and get it, maybe you could pick up the car cover that he refuses to
return to me too, and keep the sway bar for your troubles.
Thanks,
John Nasta
Does anyone have some decent to good steel inner fenders for a 72 Chevelle
two-door.
Well, I was born in PA but now in MI. I wish I new
about this last month(I was in the area for a family reunion)

John, I have bought numerous items from PAW, without any
problems. I would use them more if they were closer, as I am on the eastcoast.

Oh yes. I also have the mounts for both bars. One has poly bushings. The
other has the steel mounts but you will need to buy the rubbers ($6.00
at CarQuest)

Would you happen to have a rear sway bar for a 69 Chevelle

Has anyone ever used one of these things? They
attach to the carb mounting flange, and you hook your lift to it to pull the
engine out..
I'm just wondering how much weight I can really
hang off of my Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold.
If they work good, then I'll make one up, if not,
I'll
He's not worth your trouble John, I know it sucks getting burned by someone you trusted but it will come around to bite him eventually.
I've purchased items from them and no problems. Had parts in a few days good service
Well I have been waiting 5 days for my parts, no e-mail communication, no tracking number and still no parts.

Hey John, sorry to hear your having problems with PAW, it's been awhile since I ordered from them but maybe there are new people and new systems since then. I hope you get your parts soon. Bob 71 Elky
Yes thanks for your sympathy, maybe they will come soon. Its amazing they dont even have an e-mail address you can follow up on parts. I have been a loyal customer to Sumitt and they confirm everything from order to shipping and fast as well. But I needed a hot shot kit and Summit didnt have
Keep us informed John, maybe if enough people speak up they will take notice. I'm sorry that I even said anything, just that they did good by me. Bob

A buddy of mine who owns a garage had a customer stop in today wanting to sell his Malibu. It's a "70" 4dr.w-21,000 orig. miles. Not sure of engine, condition, etc. The owner commented it has a book value of $1400.00 but was unsure what to sell it for. Anyone interested can e-mail me off line and
I've used them for years now, even to pull a BBC with iron heads.
So far, no problems. (yes, with alum intakes).
Seems crazy, I know.. I still avoid being close to the
engine just in case that intake gives. :-)

Oops, sorry, they are in OH. Still OH to VA is a much shorter trip.
Anything that has to cross the Rocky Mountains takes a week by ground.

was in the packing. My BM stall converter was sent in it's original

there is no ground wire on an alternator... please
don't try to hook one up. It pulls its ground through the mounting

1 of the small wires goes to the voltage regulator
or "sensing" point, and the other goes to the idiot light.

mounted engine lift
Pulling with these is find. Yes even with alum heads and intakes while pulling the trans with the engine. That weight is distributed through a whole lot of studs and/or bolts. Do watch out for the lift plate though... most of them are welded pretty cheesy and they may break with big weight.
ya, I'm going to fab up my own. I trust my own work more
