For now I am keeping the EC. It's sort of one of
those things where if somebody were to make the right offer, I would sell it,
but I'm not actively trying to sell it. Of course everywhere I go, people ask
me if I want to sell it, but then again, those people never have the money.

Does anyone have an idea / wild as guess on how much it might cost to
remove 3 coats of paint from a 67 Chevelle, either media blasting or
grinding off. I am in the LA Calif area.
Thanks

Save yourself some money, and just grab up about 10 bottles of DOT 3 brake
fluid. I discovered that it removes paint rather well. One of my buddies
spilled some on his fender, and left it there for a while. Apparently he

Have you tried to get hotel reservations
I'm going to try to hookup with the Tour in Springfield IL on the 5th then

It won't cost you anything if you cancel, but could cost you a lot more if
you wait too long.
I got the very last room at the Hampton about 6 weeks ago (last room at

I have a 1966 chevelle with these markings on the rear axle
tube...cbo418r. Can anybody explain this ?Is it a posi? What is the gear
ratio?
According to my book, 66 and 67 frames are
interchangeable. Wagons, Drop tops, and El Caminos, are interchangeable
with each other. But a car needs a car frame.

Any opinions about my practice of carrying an extra gallon of gas in
the trunk, in one of those red hard plastic containers?
I know it's possible to explode the gas in the tank by having a

pipe at the gas station. What about static
