Very well written Larry, and with proper grammar too. I'm not sure he will
"get it" though. Maybe you should have added the following progressive phrase
in his level of arguement"WELL, MY DAD CAN BEAT UP YOUR DAD".
p.s. My mechanic back in Maryland used to drag race a very nice post-79 Cam

Caps are a sign of shouting. How old are you ? I'm guessing maybe 16-17.
This is an open forum. If you don't like Wtf is said to you, why don't you leave
the list ? On this list we don't diss others. I suggest maybe you should
STFU or you may find yourself shunned by everyone. I think
YOU PUT A VIPER TRANNY IN A ELCAMINO, AND YOU CALL ME A FOOL,
Don't dish it out if you can't take it,fool. How old are you, anyway?

you think... then again it could be worse ;)

I try to stay out of things like this, but
copocloner did come off sounding a bit harsh. The original poster was
just trying to get a recommendation for a local mechanic to fix some carb
issues. Sorry, I don’t know any Florida mechanics.
Frankly, I’d love to find a good

Holy crap.. after all the wiring I just did for my EFI, I can't imagine
doing anything like that. Using Posi-Lok connectors is somewhat rigged in
my book. The only thing duct tape should be used for would be to hold down
your wiring once it is inside some flexible conduit!
Your pressure washing
I took that carpet out and pressure washed it. Overall it made a huge
difference. It didn't get all the nasty stains out but it looks 100 times
better. Thanks for the suggestions!
On another note, I know you all appreciate good wiring. Check out the sweet
duct tape job I found on the stereo.
Better put on your flame suit, dude. I think you're going to need it.
The truth hurts,I agree, but you come off as an insensitive jerk. No
offense,of course.

Hi, I just purchased a 79 El Camino. It is in fair shape but, needs
some love and care.
My first issue is that it idles rough and stalls out at times but,
runs smooth at speed. I need to find someone local to my area (my area being
Brandon FL) who I can take this machine to for mechanica
BRB I have to work on this one!
