I was having the same start issues with my '66 since I
have headers- I was told by a guy at a local car show
to just buy one of the Summit Torquemaster racing
starters. That's what I did and for 2 years I have
had no starting issues.
Best advice I could have gotten.
Good luck,

car.

The Motormite/Dorman web site is a great
place to look up all the little knobs, hardware, and electrical parts that you

Hi Andre,
I show that
the power window regulators for the front fit 1968 Chevelle or 1968-72 El

There is such a thing, I have pics pf the setup and part numbers at home for
the setup. All parts are still available through any Chevy dealer. It is not
a Chevelle part, but a part off the 82-92 F bodies. I will send them along
when I get home.

Interesting response. I did not notice before by the name, but they
are a few miles from me. If you do go with A1 and have problems with
shipping, I might be able to help.

Hiya,
I recommend John Baechtel's Chevy TPI Fuel Injection Swapper's Guide,
and Jason Scott's How to Tune and Modify Chevrolet TPI Engines.
Dave Emanuel's Small-Block Chevy Performance was also useful for me,
though it's not specific to TPI engines..

There's also the 'TPI/TBI Engine Swap Guide' (or something close to that)
from JTR Publishing. Very useful book.
I can also recommend thirdgen.org. You might have to weed through some BS,
but there's smart, helpful people there.
