Personally I would walk around and pick the nest car there period and take them out of the running for any other trophy, especially for a show that small. Most shows are not 1000 point judged either, very few are, there are only 2 or 3 in the country that I know of. Most of them are

Well I found out that the reason for the hose clamp is because at the stock length the cable does not give enough throw to the pedal. I put it back the old way for now but I guess what really has to happen is for the pedal arm to be bent so that it puts more tension on the cable. And, for anybody

You can Bill with stuff from Lokar. If it's a manual trans, it's even easier - no auto trans hookup to worry about. Probably need a throttle cable bracket but they sell those as well. I used a 'universal' cable (you know, doesn't fit anything) and cut it to length along with one of their 'spoon'
