My guess would be that GM doesnt recommend
additives like STP, Marvel, Wynns, etc. so as not to be held liable.

guys on the list, Harmon's has stopped making a bunch of 1961-66 Impala
moldings, which is why they haven't been available for several months now. I was
just talking with one of the guys at DII and he said that they have made an
agreement with Harmon's to take over
Does anyone have an assembly sequence or drawing of a '66 standard steering wheel, horn lever, and horn components. I checked my '66 assembly manual and it did not give any detail in this area. I just bought an original '66 steering wheel with horn lever, center cap and all internal horn

The 61's side body moldings are still tough to get, but we have 1962, 63, 64, and 66's readily available.

Clint - key in on the word 'almost'. Yes it was done with the 750 and if
I could find the print out would post it if I had some way to scan it.
Again the word 'almost' is key to the whole thing.

I used it when starting my rebuilt engine for the first time. I read some things somewhere that highly recommended it for initial startup and break-in. I changed the oil right after the cambreak in period of 20 minutes at high idle.
I just went down to the local Chevy dealer and asked for EOS
Well, I got my '68 home this afternoon... She seemed to run ok... I
dumped 3 gallons of super unleaded
in with whatever was left in the tank, and it seemed to smooth her out
quite a bit. Drive about 8 miles...
4-wheel manual drum brakes SUCK... 60-0 distance... 400ft... so it
seemed...
