Just an idea! I assume you all know that you can remove rust with it & zinc plate it at the same time? Use a 10-15% solution to remove the rust quickly, rinse it & move it to a 2% solution to get a zinc plating preventing further rust attacks, rinse again! Use a steel brush to remove the residue
