I had a trunk floor put in my chevelle and I realize now that I need to have
the
spare tire bracket welded in, but no one seems to know where it goes (Year one,
etc) Can someone give me a clue, I hate to just put it in and weld it anywhere.
Thanks
Roger

I have my Chevelle in the body shop for some repairs and in the meantime, I had
them pull the carburetor off so I could have it rebuilt. Its a Holley
3310-2-0896. Had this carb been changed from original. It was on a 1970 396.
Seems like its the wrong year carb
Thanks

Hi Dale,
Thanks for asking. I live in Birmingham, AL. A body
shop matched the prices that I would have paid on Ebay
and went to Atlanta for me and picked them up.
Anyway, didn't have to do Tamaraz, but they sound
good.

I am looking for some sheet metal for my 1970
Chevelle. Has anyone had any experience dealing with
Tamaraz on Ebay? They've got some great prices, but I
hope the quality is as good as GoodmarkIndustries.
Their rating was +99% good
Bumpers were $146.95
Quarter Skins $159.95
Fenders $238.00

How about those Ebay suppliers? Anyone have any
experience with TAZ I believe is the name?

Get your game face on with the latest PS3
You know Donnie, that sounds like you got a good deal.
I justdon't want to pay $10,000 to put on quarter
panels. I'd GLADLY pay what it has cost you.
Thanks.There's hope out there yet.

I need to have two quarter panels and trunk floor
installed. Has anyone paid to have that done lately?
The body shops here in town seem to want an exorbitant
amount of money to put them in for me. They're full
quarter panels, not skins.
Thanks

I need to put some quarter panels on my Chevelle and
wondered about skins vs. panels. Do skins just get
welded over the body?
