Hey guys-I'm swapping an LS1 and 4L60E into my 71 SS. Anyone have any pics or experience with this? I've seen a lot of camaro and even 66 chev articles. I don't know if oil pan mods, accessory mods and headers will be a clearance issue. I'm also researching the fuel system upgrades

you can use a driveshaft from any TH350 car or one with a 10 bolt rear. The length is the same as a 4 speed car, you would have to use a "junk joint" if it was a 10 bolt rear car. The u joint caps on a 10 bolt rear are smaller than a 12 bolt if i am not mistaken. They make a joint with 2 different
