As far as oil filters go for small block and big block Chevy's, the Fram PH 30 (1/2 QT)is the shortest, The PH 13 (1 Qt) is the standard long one and the PH373 is longest.(2 Qt version). hope this clears it up Ken

The standard filter for 68 to 72 (at least) is an AC Delco PF25, the longer filter (1/2 qt more capacity) is an PF35 and the long filter with the anti-drainback valve is PF1218. If you're using Fram, STP, Purolator, etc, you'll have to x-ref those numbers. The AC part nos. may have been
