there's a procedure in the assembly manual that ive used...it goes something like: put a reservoir of fluid on the trunk floor with a hose attached...run the hose to the sight or fill hole for the power top reservoir...it must be an air-tight fit...run the top motor up and down...it will suck

Find the little rubber plug on the side of the motor/pump .That's the reservoir filler. Use a small funnel or better yet a plastic squeeze bottle, and add dexron trans fluid. I have never had to bleed the system. Add a pint and try the top. Add more if needed because there is no filler line or
