Has anyone on the list had any experience with adding fluid to the
convertible top
Has anyone on the list had any experience with adding fluid to the convertible top pump. What is the procedure? What type of fluid? How do you bleed it? I have new cylinders, but not sure how to proceed? Thanks, BZGet more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com
there's a procedure in the assembly manual that ive used...it goes something like:
put a reservoir of fluid on the trunk floor with a hose attached...run the hose to the
sight or fill hole for the power top reservoir...it must be an air-tight fit...run the
top motor up and down...it will suck
Thanks for the info. BZ - Original Message - From: pOps mCgIllIcUddY Sent: Wednesday, April 10, 2002 10:25 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] Convertible top there's a procedure in the assembly manual that ive used...it goes something like:put a reservoir of fluid

Dan - Thanks for the earlier advice about the
convertible top work. Am still interviewing around
the area. Now I have another dilemma. The toggle

switches for sale on eBay, but I can't vouch for the
correctness or the quality, etc.
Good Luck.

No help in finding a shop that will/can do it in your area (or any other for
that matter unfortunately). I just went through this same issue with my 66
