My boy was young when he got it done but he was playing that day. Usually the
younger they
are the easier it is. The max would be 3 days. Good luck.

My male chi is fixed and doesn't mark. It lowers the testosterone levels which
makes them
less likely to mark since it is a sign on dominance.

You are so quick to judge. Maybe she found someone who could offer a better

At that age I was only feeding Roman at night. He only poops in the morning and

They can start to reproduce at as early as 6 months, so I am not sure what you
mean you
will know when he needs to be neutered. It is also something that you can
discuss with
your vet and he will be able to give you a better idea of what you should be

I know this time of year dogs usually blow out there coat. I sure as heck know

Roman is still reaching his potential. He is bright and active and has no

They do not need to go into the stomach to do this type of nueter. It is
neither more
dangerous or complicated. I did not want the tendancies of a male chihuahua
kick in. I did
not want him lifting his leg to urinate, mark his territory, or exhibit any
type of
dominance. This worked well for
This is early, but there is no consequences from nuetering them this early. I
work for a
rescue group and we nueter all the puppies at 8 weeks. His hormones still
kicked in for
about a month after his nueter. Those hormones still flow regaurdless of his
nueter. He
was about 2 and a half pound
When I nuetered my little Roman he was about 12 weeks old and he had yet to
drop. My
vet did a quick cat nueter on him and he was playing when I brought him home
that
evening. We were in and out within 10 hours and he was great. I hope your
little boy starts
to feel a bit better.
