Yes! I learned from a lady in one of my groups that litter can be a
hazard for dogs, if they ingest some it expand in their intestines
creating a blockage. Just in case I keep using wee pads, it's less
expensive too!

pads in the box or newspaper. If you want to use litter, I would put a
