Occurs for me as well on my Vista Premium x86 SP1, including via RDP.

Same thing for me. Desktop computer, AMD 4200+ xp with Vista Buisness x64
SP1, using

Using Dell Latitude XT... touchscreen, but disable for finger input, not
using pen.

If I only use the keyboard to change and close tabs(ctrl+tab, ctrl+f4), it
doesn't
crash.

It's VERY common to click a tab and instead of chrome selecting it, it

float as if it was dragged...
