I would be willing to make some donation. I find it hard to support to

Please give us some more information. On what system are you trying to
install Cinelerra, did you use a deb, rpm, or are you compiling from
source? What errors do you get, what have you tried, etc. etc.
Most people here are willing to help, but we need some information.

Hi there,
I was wondering what te current status is of the intention to get

Also i would like to comment that LGPL licenced code is no problem for

how many files contains the cinelerra source package?
I found already one file that is LGPL: ladspa.h in /

Maybe it's a stupid question, but how can you make sure a file is or

Hi,
I have a miniDV camcorder (Panasonic NV GS300) and have recorded some
video. I notice the quality of this video is not great, especially when
things move fast. I've grabbed the video with dvgrab to raw and then
rendered it with Cin to Quicktime DV. Can someone look at the material and

You'd better download the sourcecode from the Cinelerra CVS site over
here: http://cvs.cinelerra.org/svnusage.php#anon
It compiles fine on Ubuntu Edgy

Here's the Debian guide for making deb packages. I think this is the way
to do it for Ubuntu too: http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/

We sure do, and i've asked several times if someone was willing to
volunteer for this. I'm planning to look into packaging, but i'm not that
good with compiling and stuff, so don't expect much of it.
