Perhaps look at your configs for isdn dial up.
Is there any dial up involved with these routers ?
Perhaps something is causing the isdn to kick in,
(dialer list defined properly?)
with the default timeout for isdn being 120sec.,
the line will drop,
but is brought back up immediately.

No, he's right, I typed it in as the link was up in a browser on a
different computer, thus copy/paste wasn't an option. I was missing the
"s" in newsflash..
