Simulated dial-tone

Anyone know of an inexpensive way to create dial-tone in a home lab. I would like to be able to setup 3 or 4 analog ports (but if only two can be done that would works too) that can dial each without having to leave the lab - no outside phone lines. We are able to achieve this at work through ou
