You should make shure that your encapsulation is the same as the telco that
you are leasing the line from. Cisco defaults to HDLC and that doesn't work
for GTE circuits. For GTE it's Encapsulation frame-relay ietf, and lmi type
is ansi.

You want to specify the VLAN membership on the Port your network is on. The
only IP address that a 1900 has is for Managementso you can telnet to
it. The router or PC that is connected to the port you assign membership to
