about a year and a half. The memory has been upgraded to 16/16/4 and it is

I recently tried to buy a Smartnet contract on Cisco's website and was
unable to because I did not purchase the router from an authorized reseller.
I did purchase the router from an Ebay auction and the router was brand
new. Can one of you guys tell me where to go and purchase the contracts
I did alot of volunteer work with the Children's Hospital and with the
American Red Cross.
Both were glad for the help and the pay back was tons of on the experience
as well as some really nice recommendations!
