move away from it your speed drops off at specified levels - 11Mb -> 4Mb ->

You CAN certify CCNP 2.0 with CCNA 1.0. As long as ALL of your CCNP tests
are 2.0 track.
According to Cisco's website, either CCNA 1.0 OR 2.0 is a prerequisite to
