Robert, You will find that some jobs advertised in a way that they are looking for people who are CCNA or CCIE ( so where is CCNP ) . It seems that some recruitment agency do not know the difference between CCIE and CCNA. I will put it the CCNA somewhere in your resume just to avoid that . Robert

Ganesh I will say, it use to be a good thing to have MCSE, when this certification first came out. There was not enough materials available in the market and it was not easy to pass the test comparing to these days which means if u manage to pass the exams, you got good skills or experience, etc.
