you're out of luck Ali.. there is no xmodem capability on the 4000 console connection. If you have an ethernet interface and a PC with tftp software, the boot image will allow you to do a copy tftp flash. All you'd need is a hub or 10BaseT crossover cable to make that work, and it's much faster
