Can someone tell me how to setup multiple IP addresses on the eo interface
with a singke interface on the s0 interface. The router is a 1605 Cisco
router. I wish to use the CLI to do this. If there is an article I can read
that would also be appreciated

Try putting an ACL on the inbound interface blocking SNMP requests and see
if that improves your situation. If you can't block it, log it and try to
find the culprit. You may also have a SNMP process stuck in CPU. Plan to
reboot your router after hours if you can.

analysis for you. HP Openview does a good job at this but it is an
expensive solution. You may want to search the web for SNMP tools shareware
and look for a utility that will graph the data for you and also a MIB
browser. Food for thoughts.

I figured out what is port tcp 280. It's being used by HP OpenView. We
have an HP OV workstation that checks if http-mgmt is enabled on a device
and on the reply I receive hits on my ACL. Thanks for all the replies.
