This was my experience... I have successfully written to these flash cards and used them as solid state hard-drives. There is however a problem... To use them in the notebook you have to reformat them first (which then prevents them being used in the Cisco - untill you reformat them again

There are a few places where you can mix flash but mostly you have to do it by trial and error. 7200 and 6500 flash cards are totally interoperable. Sometimes you can use a flash card from a different platform and reformat in the target platform and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn&#
