No, you cannot block Fast Ethernet ports. I've tried this and it doesn't
work. Look at the link I posted in the origianl message. If it were that
easy I would've done it.

I'd like to use ACL's on a 2948 G-L3 switch. Cisco states that you cannot
put extended access lists on physical interfaces, see below. I need the
access list security. Do extended access lists work on logical VLAN
interfaces?
