I'm totally stumped here. Here's my situation... I have taken a bunch of
roll-over cables, snipped of one end, and punched them onto a patch panel
that I had laying around. When I need to switch back and forth between
consoles, I just move my patch cable from port to port on the patch pa
Solved it! For some strange reason, this router, unlike ALL of my other
equipment (6 other routers and a Cat5k switch) was having a problem with the
fact that my terminal was set to for hardware flow control. This was
nothing in the config, as there wasn't one on the router, it must just have
