Chuck, Hi! Sorry to hear that your disappointed so far. NLI does not own the study guide, we are simply reselling it for Rob Webber (CCIE#6922). These are the notes that he used to study for his CCIE Lab exam. They must have done something for him considering he passed on his first attempt.

To note one of the huge errors in the book: In the picture setups for some of the labs, it has the B router having 2 serial O interfaces which confused the hell out of me and a friend for a bit. Sorry dont know where you can find an answer page to all the mistakes...good luck Mark Zabludovsky
