Cisco IOS VPN with Win2000 L2TP [7:4866]

Hi All, I'm trying to create L2TP vpn between Win2000 pc and Cisco 3640 router running 12.1(2) T supports 3DES. So far, most configuration samples I've seen can only do L2TP with a 2 router setup, LAC (ISP Access router) and LES (Enterprise gateway router). Is there any way to config, for the
