all machines including the workgroup computers must be configured with the wins you
are using on the domain
the computers in the workgroup shloud appear in the net hood under the workgroup
name in the microsoft network portion of net hood
I have seen this before and it takes a while to heal . On

Check whats different between your two domain PDC's
