dont you have to place the inside ip addrres on the outside interface?
i think you have it reverse,
ip address inside 192.168.2.14 255.255.255.248
ip address outside 216.6.24.129 255.255.255.192
then
nat (inside) 0 192.168.2.14 255.255.255.0 0 0
