IBM ATM Switches

Hi, Does anyone know about the IBM ATM switches. Specifically the 8285 ATM switches, I believe are the lower end ATM switches. Is this sufficient for an ATM switch for a home lab? I'm not too familiar with ATM product range. I believe there is an ATM module for the Catalyst 5000, so does
