Hello Priscilla Thank you for 'shining the light'... it might well be 'the right' solution. Router RTR-AL -> IOS is 11.3(11a). Router RTR-3 -> IOS is 12.0(7). I will try to upgrade the IOS to 12.0 at least to see if this problem can be solved. will report the outcome. Kind regards Arju
