I have a Cisco 2511 and the console has locked all of a sudden.
I get output from the boot sequence, but after it gives me the memory stats,
nothing.
It does not respond to hitting the enter key ... nothing.
Any thoughts on this??

flash, but I didn't have the recommended amount of RAM installed on the

Terminal Emulator issue, is what is sounds like. Lower the Terminal
speed to 1200, power-cycle the router, then hold the space bar for 5
seconds. That should send the proper interupt. Move the speed to
9600 & reload the Terminal window.
