With the trunks configured on the switches you definitely will not be able to configure a multi-vlan port. I would recommend adding a second NIC card to the box that needs to be a member of both VLANs and setting up two switch ports one in vlan 1 and one in vlan 2. Or, if it is a Windows box, I
