Did you check the commands "ip nat outside" and "ip nat inside" on the
corresponding interfaces?
I missed them more than once

I am looking for the command to forward traffic to port 80 from the outside
public address to an inside private address on a 2514. This should do the
trick but does not seem to be working
ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.1.4 80 68.85.x.x 80 extendable
Any one have any other suggestions

I tried it on mine and it worked just fine. It needs to be entered in
global config. It may be a browser issue or proxy issue. Also, you could
scan the ip address of the router to verify that port 80 is open.
