After two calls yesterday with minimal headway, (the best answer I got was,
"call back tomorrow"), I was successful in getting my test rescheduled. I did
have to speak with a manager, but I must have been convincing since she fixed it
without a fuss after I explained what had happened.
The mor
In a situation like this, I always ask to speak to a manager. Then I kindly
explain the situation, and normally that works. If that doesn't work, I will
start raising my voice and get more and more aggressive with the person. If
that still doesn't work, contact BBB.
