You won't need hands-on token ring knowledge for the CCNP tests but you'll definitely want to have some for CCIE studies. For switches, you might try to pick up a 2901 or 5000. I'm using a 1200, as well, but it was free.It can't run any recent software releases so you'll want to get some mo
