For QoS on tunnels you must pre-classify the traffic before encryption
and tunneling take place. You can do this on GRE, L2F/L2TP, and IPSec
tunnels. If you are doing an Ipsec tunnel the commands you want to look
at are
(config)Crypto map secured-partner-x
(config-crypto-map)Qos pre-classify
You are right,
1. The pix will not redirect traffic out the same interface it came from.
You will need a proxy or another router on the inside.
2. Don't know about the 2nd part of your ?
