ok, this isnt somehting to do in 5 minutes, there is a lot to be planed,
lets start with the basics, how much ca sh is involved, how big is the isp
willing to go to, how many users do they exepct, that has to be determined,
so that u can pick adequate routers, and technologies, enoutgh wan links,
Book recommendation:
"ISP Survival Guide" by Geoff Huston. It's an excellent book. Some of the
chapters are generic TCP/IP fundamentals, but the chapters on business
planning and ISP engineering are unique.

when you make the CCIE ISP dial then you have the knowledge to build up ISP
if cash is no problem. I will take the CCIE ISP dial DRAKE and LAB if
