Cisco ACS is a nice product, and probably the best commercial implementation
of tacacs+. If you want a freeware product, you can download a tacacs+
implementation for Unix from the Cisco site. It's free, but comes with no
support.

12 months that I think I am quite good with it. I work for an ISP and
basically we have to manage about 400 routers and switches. Since there
want it to get compromise by hackers, do you? I wish I can say
the same thing about "point-and-click" windows.

you are correct about the recent trend on Network Engineering in general
