The include option works like grep in unix. AFAIK, there is no way to
do what you want from the command line.
You could add the words FastEthernet to each description! :-)
Then, show int | inc FastEthernet would work.

I wanted to play around

i usually wind up entering
show int | include line|Description|Internet
this feature is the reason i find any excuse at all to avoid working with
routers bearing 11.x IOS.
